Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AnchorApe’s website and services. “AnchorApe”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the business operating at anchorape.com with a mailing address of 60 Hamlyn Rd Unit 125, Suite 68, St. John’s, NL A1E 5X7, Canada. “You” and “your” refer to the person or organisation placing an order or using the site.

By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active clients before taking effect.

Services

AnchorApe provides link building and SEO services, including niche edits, guest post placements, and white-label fulfilment. Each order is subject to publisher availability and editorial approval. We maintain quality standards for every placement (domain rating, organic traffic, topical relevance, and outbound link profile) and will not place links on private blog networks (PBNs), link farms, or sites that in our judgement violate Google’s guidelines.

Turnaround times are estimates based on typical fulfilment timelines. Complex campaigns or high-demand periods may extend delivery. We will communicate material delays proactively.

Publisher editorial control. Publishers control the editorial decisions on their own sites. A publisher may edit, rewrite, reject, relocate, or remove content or links at any time. We select publishers who commit to maintaining placements as described, but we do not control their platforms and cannot guarantee indefinite placement beyond the replacement window described below.

Link attributes.The rel attribute and other link properties of each placement are determined by the publisher’s editorial policy and the nature of the placement. We document the final live URL and the link attribute in every report so you always know exactly what you received.

Excluded and restricted industries.We may decline or cancel orders for industries we do not serve or that require specialist expertise, including: adult content, gambling, pharmaceutical and health supplements with regulated claims, firearms, payday and short-term lending, cryptocurrency and financial speculation, and anything illegal in Canada or the target publisher’s jurisdiction. If we decline an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

Orders, Billing, and Taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment. Confirmed orders are processed at the price in effect at the time of purchase. We may update our pricing at any time, but price changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe and, where made available, alternative methods listed on the checkout page. We do not store full payment card information. By placing an order, you authorise the charge to your nominated payment method.

Subscriptions and renewals. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing info@anchorape.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not terminate the current billing period, during which we will continue to deliver the placements you have already paid for.

Taxes. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Canadian customers may be charged GST/HST at the rate applicable to their province. Non-Canadian customers are responsible for any tax, duty, withholding, or reporting obligation in their own jurisdiction. We provide invoices suitable for business records.

Chargebacks and disputed charges. If you dispute a charge for an order we have already delivered according to these Terms, we reserve the right to contest the dispute with evidence of delivery. Fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of fees.

Placement Quality Guarantee

Every placement is backed by our Placement Quality Guarantee:

• If a delivered link does not meet the quality standards described at the time of order (domain rating, real organic traffic, topical relevance, active publishing), we will replace it at no additional cost.
• If we cannot deliver a qualifying replacement within a reasonable timeframe, we will refund the placement.
• If a delivered link is removed within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it once at no additional cost.
• Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Email the order number and a short description of the issue to info@anchorape.com.

We do not refund completed placements that were delivered as described. We are not responsible for link removals or content changes that occur after the 30-day post-delivery period, although replacement may still be available as a discretionary courtesy.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring the URLs, anchor text, and campaign details you provide are accurate and reflect your actual business.
• Confirming that you own or are authorised to promote the target pages and that they comply with all applicable laws (including disclosure requirements, financial and medical regulation, and intellectual-property rules).
• Complying with any representations you make to third parties (including end clients of white-label agencies) about the nature and delivery of the service.
• Not using our services to build links to sites promoting illegal activity, adult content without appropriate age gating, intellectual-property violations, phishing, malware, or otherwise deceptive practices.

AnchorApe is not liable for placements made on the basis of inaccurate information you supplied. White-label clients are the sole party to any agreement with their end clients; AnchorApe provides fulfilment only and is not a party to that relationship.

Confidentiality

AnchorApe treats client campaign details, target URLs, and business information as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service (for example, communicating with publishers on your behalf) or where required by law. White-label clients can request an NDA; contact us at info@anchorape.com.

Results and Guarantees

AnchorApe guarantees the quality of each individual placement as described — domain metrics, topical relevance, editorial standards, and documentation. We do not guarantee specific ranking improvements, traffic increases, revenue outcomes, or the continued value of any link following changes to search engine algorithms. Search performance depends on many factors outside our control, including on-page quality, site authority, competitor activity, and algorithm updates.

Intellectual Property

Content produced by AnchorApe as part of a guest post placement becomes the property of the publishing site upon publication. You retain ownership of any materials, briefs, logos, or brand assets you provide to AnchorApe for campaign purposes, and grant us a limited licence to use them solely to fulfil the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnchorApe’s total liability arising out of or related to any service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order. AnchorApe is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of rankings, loss of traffic, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — arising out of or related to these Terms or the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not responsible for changes to search engine algorithms that affect the value or impact of links delivered in good faith under these Terms.

Termination

You may terminate your use of the service at any time by cancelling future renewals from your account dashboard or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms (including fraudulent chargebacks, abusive conduct toward our team or publishers, or use of the service for excluded industries), in which case fees already paid for undelivered placements will be refunded on a pro-rata basis. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (payment obligations, confidentiality, intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disaster, war, pandemic, labour action, internet or infrastructure outage, publisher platform failure, or sweeping changes to search-engine policy that render a category of placement no longer deliverable.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before commencing legal proceedings. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force. These Terms, together with the order details, the Placement Quality Guarantee, and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AnchorApe regarding the services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
