Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of AnchorApe’s website and services. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

AnchorApe provides link building and SEO services including niche edits, guest post placements, and white-label packages. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Services

AnchorApe delivers link placements on third-party websites as described in each service offering. All placements are subject to publisher availability and editorial approval. While we maintain strict quality standards, we cannot guarantee specific placement on any individual domain.

We do not place links on private blog networks (PBNs), link farms, or sites that violate Google’s Webmaster Guidelines. Every domain is manually vetted for traffic, relevance, and editorial integrity prior to placement.

Turnaround times are estimates based on typical fulfilment timelines. Complex campaigns or high-demand periods may extend delivery. We will communicate any significant delays proactively.

Orders and Payment

All orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders are processed at the price in effect at the time of purchase.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. AnchorApe does not store payment card information. By submitting an order, you authorise the charge to your nominated payment method.

For agency and white-label clients, custom invoicing arrangements may be available. Contact us at info@anchorape.com to discuss terms.

Refunds and Revisions

If a delivered link does not meet the domain quality standards described at the time of order (DR, traffic, niche relevance), we will replace it at no additional cost. Replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds on completed placements where the link has been delivered as described. If we are unable to fulfil an order within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued.

Links are placed editorially and may be removed by the publisher at any time after delivery. AnchorApe is not responsible for link removals that occur after the 30-day post-delivery period. We offer replacement options for links removed within 30 days of delivery.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the URLs, anchor text, and campaign details you provide are accurate. AnchorApe is not liable for placements made based on incorrect information supplied by the client.

You agree not to use AnchorApe’s services to build links to websites that promote illegal activity, contain adult content without appropriate age gating, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in deceptive practices.

White-label clients are responsible for their own client relationships and representations. AnchorApe provides fulfilment only and is not party to any agreement between the white-label client and their end clients.

Confidentiality

AnchorApe treats all client campaign details, URLs, and business information as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as required to fulfil the service (e.g. communicating with publishers on your behalf).

Results and Guarantees

AnchorApe does not guarantee specific ranking improvements or traffic increases. Link building is one component of SEO and results depend on many factors outside our control, including algorithm changes, competitor activity, and on-page optimisation.

We guarantee the quality of each individual link placement as described — domain metrics, niche relevance, and editorial standards. We do not guarantee the downstream impact on search rankings.

Limitation of Liability

AnchorApe’s liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including loss of revenue, loss of rankings, or loss of business arising from use of our services.

We are not responsible for changes to search engine algorithms that affect the value or impact of links delivered in good faith under these terms.

Intellectual Property

Content produced by AnchorApe as part of a guest post placement becomes the property of the publishing site upon publication. You retain ownership of any materials, briefs, or brand assets you provide to AnchorApe for campaign purposes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from use of AnchorApe’s services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.
